All orders must be placed online five days before the lunch date to ensure that your child has a meal.
Milk can be ordered separately for 70¢ on days you are not purchasing lunch. To order milk separately send in payment individually or include payment for the month in a marked envelope (child’s name, grade, amount).
Payment is not done online; please include lunch payment in an envelope labeled with your child's name, grade, and write "lunch" on it.Send it in to your child’s classroom.
Note that on a half-day (early dismissal) no lunch is served.
Be sure not to order on days when your child's class is scheduled for a special event (field trip, other special activity that would affect the normal lunch).
No refunds will be given for absences.
Online lunch ordering instructions:
Go to www.ourschool.stpaulkensington.org
At the top of the main page, or under the Parents tab, click on Parent Portal/EduConnect
Sign in to your account (Usernames and passwords were emailed to all families. Call the school office if you need assistance with this.)
Click “place advance lunch orders”
Click on the drop down menu for each date/choice you want to order lunch
Be sure to slide the bottom bar over to the right to be able to see the whole month of lunches
When you complete your lunch choices click “submit orders”
Return to main menu and click on “lunch payment information” to see your lunch balance; in this tab you can also view or print your lunch orders by clicking on the student’s name.
Send in lunch payment the next day (cash or check made out to Saint Paul School) to your child’s classroom. Name & grade on check memo line or envelope.
