Who are we?The HSA is comprised of all parents and guardians of students from preschool through grade 8. During the school year, parents are asked to participate in the activities of the Home and School Association. All Saint Paul School parents are invited to participate in all events and are encouraged to do so!
What are our goals?The goal of the Home & School Association (HSA) is to:- spread the good news about our Parish school;
- promote communication among parents, teachers and administrators;
- plan and organize school fundraising activities, school community activities and assist with service events.
What is MY obligation?
Each school family, as members of the Home & School Assocation, must:- FUND RAISE (or buy-out) to fulfill a $300 (per family) fundraising obligation; and
- PARTICIPATE on a committee or chair a committee - this is coordinated and monitored by the HSA; and
- ANNUAL AUCTION OBLIGATION: Families will fulfill their auction obligation by active participation in a minimum of one (1) choice from the list below. (NOTE: If no selection is made, the fee for (2) auction tickets will be applied to your Blackbaud account. )
- Purchase Two (2) auction tickets.
- Join the acution item procurement committee.
- Join the clasroom basket committee.
- Join the ticket sale public relations committee.
- Join the decorations committee.
- Auction weekend volunteer
