Mrs. Jennifer Bradley will be serving as Assistant Principal at Saint Paul School in Kensington starting this 2024-2025 school year. No stranger to SPS, Mrs. Bradley has taught Middle School Language Arts for the last ten years, served as Summer Camp Director, and coached the Mock Trial team for the last six years.
Although a native of Queens, NY, Jennifer Bradley received her BA and Masters in Teaching from Boston College. She began her academic career teaching at Holy Names High School in Oakland CA, and taught at Norwich Free Academy immediately prior to joining Saint Paul School in 2014. She most recently completed a graduate program in Catholic School Leadership through Loyola Marymount University for certification as an administrator.
While looking forward to the challenge of being part of the administrative team, she will not be relinquishing all of her teaching responsibilities. “One of the things that was made very clear to me while teaching high school was how important it is to acquire the foundational skills of critical thinking and coherent writing during middle school,” said Mrs. Bradley, “so I will be keeping one foot in the classroom as I continue to prepare our older students for their high school careers and beyond.”
Principal, Mrs. Jill Conaway, is excited to have Mrs. Bradley assisting in a myriad of administrative duties this coming school year. This summer they have both been working on updating all handbooks. Goals for the school year include addressing and tracking student needs, curriculum assessment, teacher mentoring, helping to oversee the school's Self Study process, and more! Mrs. Conaway shared, “We are blessed to have Mrs. Bradley remaining as a faculty member, but also joining the administration team!”
